MA Home & Order is the trading name used for this online shop. The legal seller, website operator and contracting company is MA BARGAIN LIMITED. Our incorporation date is 24 July 2020; this is the company’s incorporation date, not a claim that this website has traded since that date.

Company responsibility

MA BARGAIN LIMITED is your seller and takes responsibility for your order, the goods supplied, delivery, return arrangements, exchanges, refunds and resolution of complaints. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their applicable purpose and as described. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you identify to receive it, takes physical possession. We arrange remedies for loss, transit damage, missing goods or incorrect goods.

We take responsibility for accurate product and business information and for fulfilling our published customer commitments. We do not transfer our responsibilities for orders or after-sales service to the customer. We do not exclude mandatory legal liability or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Sales, data and customer rights

Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale. See our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the relevant details. Prices and payments use GBP. Our 30-day return service is additional to UK statutory rights.

Customer service: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. Order cut-off: 14:00 UK time on working days. UK time means Europe/London, following GMT in winter and BST in summer. We do not process orders, dispatch goods or operate customer service on weekends or UK public holidays. You can send an email or cancellation notice at any time; a deadline is met when your notice is sent, including outside our opening hours.
