Customer service: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. Order cut-off: 14:00 UK time on working days. UK time means Europe/London, following GMT in winter and BST in summer. We do not process orders, dispatch goods or operate customer service on weekends or UK public holidays. You can send an email or cancellation notice at any time; a deadline is met when your notice is sent, including outside our opening hours.

For an order enquiry, include your order number, the name used at checkout, the item concerned and a description of the help you need. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents unless we explain why proportionate verification is necessary through a secure process.

Returns and direct exchanges

Contact customer service for a downloadable return form, prepaid postage and the return destination. Download and print the form to include in the parcel, or ask for an alternative if printing is not possible. Statutory cancellation can be sent by a clear email statement without prior authorisation. Order changes and delivery

Contact support@mahomeandorder.com or +44 7781 784541 to cancel before dispatch. Address and order changes must be requested through customer service and can be made only before dispatch. We confirm any change with you. After dispatch, your cancellation and return rights remain available under our Return and Refund Policy.
