We describe each product’s dimensions, materials, structure and package contents so you can assess how it fits your space. Styling accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed. We are responsible for supplying goods that match the description and resolving any discrepancy.

Delivery and after-sales service
We provide free delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Order processing takes 1–2 working days; delivery in transit takes 3–5 working days. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days. A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders received after 14:00 UK time, on weekends or on UK public holidays enter processing on the next working day.
We accept returns of both faulty and non-faulty goods. Please notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery. For our extended return service, send the goods back within 14 calendar days after return authorisation. Original packaging is not required, reasonable opening and inspection are permitted, and we charge no restocking fee. MA BARGAIN LIMITED pays return and exchange postage.
Direct exchanges are available, and we cover both return postage and delivery of the replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days under the triggers explained in our Return and Refund Policy; bank or payment-account crediting may take a further 3–10 working days.
Our commitment
MA BARGAIN LIMITED is your seller and takes responsibility for your order, the goods supplied, delivery, return arrangements, exchanges, refunds and resolution of complaints. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their applicable purpose and as described. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you identify to receive it, takes physical possession. We arrange remedies for loss, transit damage, missing goods or incorrect goods.

Customer service: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. Order cut-off: 14:00 UK time on working days. UK time means Europe/London, following GMT in winter and BST in summer. We do not process orders, dispatch goods or operate customer service on weekends or UK public holidays. You can send an email or cancellation notice at any time; a deadline is met when your notice is sent, including outside our opening hours.
